Alcoholic beverages shipped to individuals in the United States and France must be imported under a company name or an alcohol import license will be required.

Vintage availability: Starting 1998 till present.
Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah.
Yield: 30 to 35 hl/ha from selected slopes of Château St Thomas vineyards located on 1000 m altitude.
Wine making & fining: Fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks. Wines are aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels then refined in bottle for 10 to 12 months.
•An intense & deep ruby red robe
•A complex nose of conifers, spices, rosemary, ginger and chocolate, confirm the very beautiful aromatic potential of this wine.
•The palate is delighted to taste the harmony and generosity of this rich wine. Well-melted round tannins with rich remarkable persistence. Full bodied wine with a great personality.
•Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
•Food Affinities: Excellent with red meat game, strong & spicy cheese.
•Potential aging: 15 to 30 years.
