Elmir Anfe Lebanese Terroir is Brewed with sea salt (from Anfé) and Lactobacillus bulgaricus

In ancient times, Phoenicians built the salt marshes of Anfeh, on the Northern coast of Lebanon. True to our ancestral tradition, we used this Mediterranean sea salt to give our sour wheat ale its unique and distinctive taste.

A medium dry sour wheat ale with a soft wine like aroma and hints of fruits. It strikes the palate with a sharp and thirst quenching acidity and is pleasantly finished by a marked saltiness.

About Elmir Beer

Elmir is the quest of Noel, Chris, and Marc for crafting enjoyable and respectable ales and lagers.

In 2016, and for two long years, they experimented with brewing and fermentation until elmir was launched in the market in november 2018. Since then, emir has grown tremendously to become the leading lebanese craft beer in bars and pubs.
