Apero Sliced Green Olives Prepared as per the traditional recipe, our souri green olives are thoroughly picked, calibrated and tossed in a mixture of water and salt to promote the fermentation process; allowing olives to marinate in order to develop the desired flavours. Later they are sliced just in time before being filled in jars.
